In good working order, but seat has some stains (could probably be cleaned with proper equipment). However, does come with two seat covers included if wanted. Great storage under chaise section. Pulls put into a large double bed.
Chaise can be left or right. Sofa comes apart into sections for ease of transport.
Pick-up on Tuesday/Weds (9th or 10th) if possible.
