De Longhi Perfecta coffee machine (Cherry Orchard SY2)
The coffee machine hasn't been used for three months, as we had bought a new one, but it was working when we last used it. I am having difficulty removing the infuser - it looks like it might not have been installed properly the last time - which means it won't work until it is inserted correctly.
