Not sure exactly what it is but we think it's a Chilean Pine, or monkey puzzle tree.
It's about 1 metre high at the moment. It
It was in a pot but that has disintegrated - you will need to bring something to carry it away in.
Preference will be given to those who can collect the soonest - giving the time you could collect.
