Smart TV (Winson Green,B18,Birmingham)

Hiya all, I'm looking for a Smart TV. I recently got discharged from hospital after having a major spine operation which has left me with disabilities. I was homeless before going into hospital. I've been given a room in shared house, I have nothing starting from scratch. I'm really in need of a TV,phone with Internet capabilities or pc-laptop, mens clothing size medium anything that you think will help me out. Thank you very much for even taking the time to read this.
