The 3-pronged one is for most of Europe. The 2-pronged one is for England. The two black ones (with little zipper case) are for European/British plugs that you want to plug into a USA socket.
Note that these are NOT voltage transformers. If you’re going to use these in Europe/England, your US appliance has to have a “220v mode” or be compatible with 220v. I was able to charge my iPhone with the 2-pronged one in England.
