Trade small clothes for larger ones (Capital Hill Seattle)

I've gone through a medical condition the last 5 months it's cost me to gain a lot of weight and so I have outgrown all of my clothes, literally all of them. I was a size 4 and a size small and medium and shirts. I have an overflowing tupperware container and an overflowing hamper full of clothes that I can trade you for clothes that are size 8 to 10 to 12 and larges. I'm desperate at this point
