Big bunch of tulle strips (Petworth/16th St Heights)
Big bunch (70 to 90) strips of tulle dyes in fun colors. These were used to decorate chair covers at a wedding. Each strip is ~ 7” wide and 72” long. Porch pick up in North Petworth DC
