queen size mattress (West Philly)

I inherited a pretty decent bed frame, and I want to set up a guest room, and I was wondering if anyone had a queen size mattress in decent condition they'd be willing to part with. I would need to figure out a transport, but I welcome any offers if anybody has one that they want to give away. thx!
