Microwave partly working (Malvern Link WR13)

Retro style cream coloured Swan microwave. It has been unreliable (sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t) on the highest setting but ok if use lower one. Maybe an issue with the dial that someone can fix or use as is. Chip in glass rotating plate
