Minky double washing line (Cutteslowe OX2)

This is a well used double washing liner that retracts on a spring loaded reel. The cleats that enable it to be easily tensioned have broken but it is still usable. The lines are at least 30ft long (I think). It screws to a wall or post with 4 screws.
