Cement mix and latex self levelling in bags also 8 tiles (Englefield Green TW20)

This cement mix has been in my garage for a couple of years (unsure if it goes out of date) please check photos. Need to clear out garage so all needs to go asap. Weekend afternoons are best for collection. Tiles also up for grabs.
