Antique vacuum tube radio in working condition (Maida Vale W9)
Long and short wave radio dating to the 1930s or 1940s, in working condition. 50x38x28cm HxWxD. Made by McMichael Radio in Slough. McMichael Radio was founded in 1920 and opened its Slough factory in 1922. The cabinet needs refinishing, and the grille cloth replacing, but it works. Short wave probably refers to medium wave today. It is hwavy, so you will need wheels of some sort to take it away.
