Outdoor Dining Table and Chairs (Colonial village dc)

In good condition. Definitely worn by weather, but in fine shape. Table comes with 6 chairs, but one chair is broken. (It can be easily fixed.) Preference for earliest pick up. You need to be able to carry it from our backyard, around the side of the house, to the street. Umbrella is NOT included.
