The last two photos were taken outdoors in daylight and show the colour accurately.

Apart from slightly pulled threads all over the place there's not much to say about the condition, it has been robust and is basically completely fine. On the photo of the two ladders I have circled a patch where the finish has been pulled off. That's the worst damage I could find, there are a few patches on the ladders like that and a few smaller ones on the edges of the perches. Apart from the rope falling off and/or needing replacement in areas of course. I forgot to take proper photos of the cubby areas but they are the same, if not better than the rest. The final photo is a close-up to give a better idea.

Width in one dimension is 59cm at the base, or 77cm if the ladder is attached ladder, or 85cm including one of the platforms which sticks out at the top beyond the ladder. So the width across the full height, when fully assembled, is 85cm. But you could get it to around 60cm by removing parts. The other width dimension cannot be altered.

The base is substantially heavy and broad. If you have large/heavy cats that would knock a smaller one over, this may be helpful. I can try to weigh the base on request.

It has been vacuumed and cleaned.
