They are 4 inches high and will extend between 4 feet and 7 feet wide.They can stick out from the wall, between 4 inches and 6 inches. The previous owner made tubes of pretty fabric and fluffed it around them with nothing hanging down, but there are curtain types that can hang from them or inside of them. My mom made them into an art display above her window that was lots of fun, using fabric and other materials. I have four of them available to whomever wants them.
