Dog Collar and Leash (Kensington Market)

A friend just rescued a stray dog and at the same time got the dog he was waiting to be weaned off and ready for his new home. They are both big and strong dogs so if anyone has leashes/collars that are strong or leather, I would really appreciate it. Also dog tags that are blank would be amazing too!
