A relatively new laptop (SK4 Stockport)

Hi, please could anyone help with a laptop, a mouse, printer and speakers which are relatively new? Perhaps you have updated your models . These are needed for research purposes, looking for jobs and would help towards becoming financially independent. Going to the library on a daily basis is difficult. Thank you very much.
