Steel bars, mesh or similar (Abertridwr CF83)

Please, does anyone have some weld mesh, metal bars or grill to make a security grill for a large window.
It measures 9 foot by 5 foot but I can weld smaller pieces together. Can travel to Cardiff, Newport and surrounds. Thank you.
