Bench vice or two (Brighton Hill RG22)

I've sorted a work area out but I need a vice or two to bolt to the worktop please if anyone can spare any also don't have a plane or a move able workbench which may also work thank you , .............and please do not try to get me to pay like , twam did as i checked their accounts and i think 60k wages is enough for you without asking me to pay for a vice... i need one , it will be used , it will not be sold and if i dont use it it will be donated to a real person locally for nothing....i have arthritis in my hands and it is incredilbly painful to hold things so this is to help me help myself
