Electric/push bike topbox (NG10)

The locking mechanism has been broken and the hinges are in a state (it's made of quite soft "Poundshop" plastic).
Last photo shows the base - no obvious way of mounting, a bit of a DIYer.
Would anyone like this to before it goes in the recycling bin?
