Vintage metal curtain valence (Wallingford)

My 1917 house has these metal valences. 3 available. Are they original to the house? They have been around a long time. 74'' x 3.5''. 2 rows of strips etched into metal. Free but, see close up of white screws, have been painted over and I do not have the strength to unscrew the ends that hold up the valences. That you must do.
