water mixer for birdbath (Rockville)

It is called "water wiggler." The legs (shown on the right hand picture, but actually positioned in the birdbath as on the left hand picture) whirl around, making little waves in the birdbath water to keep it from getting stale. There MUST be sufficient water in the birdbath at all times for it to float above the bottom of the birdbath or it will break. This is something we could not trust ourselves to do, which is why we are giving it away. Instructions, extra floats, and batteries included. Porch pickup.
