Yellow plastic pouch appears meant to be waterproof, but I can't verify that. It does have a double seal, with a zip-lock type closure, which is then folded over and has a Velcro-type closure. It has a cord which could be used to hang around your neck or tied to some portion of a swimsuit. Approximate dimensions: 5" x 9". Photos show front and reverse of item. This item has never been used. This pouch was sold by Austin House, and made in Taiwan.
