Half-height Green Wellington Boots Size 43 (West Hampstead NW6)

Before I throw my beloved father's wellington boots away, I was wondering if they could be of use to anyone - perhaps dog walking or allotment. They are green, half-height size 43. However, the top edge was chewed by my father's dog, so they are not pretty but still serviceable.
