Commercial Food Processor (Eatontown)

I thought I was going to need something for a large quantity. So, I bought this. However I found out that my hand turning manual processor was enough for me. It was used once. You need to know that it is loud and messy but for restaurants and kitchens that sell huge quantities out of their home, this may not be an issue. It does need to be cleaned daily. However it will do a massive quantity of diced produce.
