Spares or repair dehumidifier (Chatham ME5)

Prem-I-Air dehumidifier - has started to leak water out from under the wheels. I don't know if it is something to do with it being on constant drain through the hose, and can be repaired by someone who has the time/inclination, or if it is fubar'd and needs to visit the tip. Does the job it is meant to do though.
