Wallpaper steamer (Greenhill, Sheffield)

Our daughter is very slowly stripping her hall stairs and landing of layers of painted anaglypta. Its taking forever. We've tried using wallpaper stripper but it hasnt helped much. If anyone has a steamer we could have or even borrow we would be very grateful. Thank you
