TV stand with storage unit. Comes with an extra shelf as shown (not attached). Two of the legs will need screwing back in but the holes for one of them has been overscrewed as shown on the photo. If you're not putting anything heavy on they could just sit on the existing legs as we have been doing. Or perhaps all the legs can be removed.
