Wheelchair with foot rests (Somerville, off Cedar St)

Note, the foot rests are pictured on the partially folded-up seat. This wheelchair folds but is a bit heavy. I think it's designed more for pushing someone in it than for getting around in yourself. It was from someone else on Trash Nothing.
