Paracetamol or ibuprofen (Greenford)

does anybody have any paracetamol or ibuprofen they would kindly donate me, I have a hole in my tooth and can't see my dentist till Friday and I'm completely broke so can't buy any pain killers. If someone would be kind enough to help I'd really appreciate it.
