20 heavy bags of sharp sand (between 20 and 30kg).
Priority will be given to someone who's interested in taking them all.
Previously it had pavement on top.
It has been dug with care but there could be some stones/ roots as it has been in the garden for the last 13 years.
Please be mindful of vehicles weight limits.
