Fly London boot buckle (Hove Green BN3)

Hello, one of the buckles fell off my Fly London boots and I am keen to replace it - it’s impossible to find them online and Timsons can’t find a similar buckle anywhere. If anyone has a pair of these boots that are on their way out and is able to give me a buckle from them I would be so grateful! I am looking for the exact buckle in the photo. Thanks!
