Hose bib handle, hose reel, sand (Redwood City)

Hello, I am looking for a few things for a pony rescue barn that I'd like to take to help fix a little around the barn.

A hose bib handle, a hose reel, and sand that could be used to even the arena or to soften it is greatly appreciate it. It is for a barn that rescues ponies.
