Weatherproof Kagool, size Medium (Emmer Green RG4)

Bought in 1970s for hiking. Blacks of Greenock brand, Medium. Canvas material, I think.
Drawcord and inner chin flap to zip up hood. Waist drawcord. Elasticated inner cuffs. Strap inside the bottom back edge, which can be buttoned to the front edge to stop the edges blowing up. Buttoned lower pockets, and a velcro chest pocket. Please see all 6 photos.
Stored at the top of a wardrobe and not worn for many years. Not sure how waterproof it is now.
The outside is grubby, but the inside is clean. Could still do someone a turn. Loathe to try washing or cleaning, as I'm not sure of the best way.
