Dell computer (Dawlish EX7)

Please see image of computer bought for my daughter but got hardly any use as she found it too slow for her requirements being 4GB and it's just been sitting there going to waste. The monitor does say in save mode when turning it on, not sure if this is because it's not been used for a while. Anyone who is more computer savvy is welcome to it.
