Pair of drain cover handles/manhole cover handles (Old Town SG1)

I’m needing to regularly lift an old drain cover/manhole cover and am worried about damaging it by lifting it all the time without the right tool.
Drain cover is at least 40 years old but could be 85 years old.
The thing I’m looking for works like a simple key, insert the handle into the slot, rotate 90 degrees and then lift
