Blackthorn shrubs for native hedges (Wimborne Town centre, BH21)

I have some blackthorn that has self-seeded on my allotment. It is very good as a native hedging shrub. Very prickly. Various sizes. It is the shrub that has sloe berries on it, but I've never seen them so far........
