pumpkin seeds (East York)

I am looking for the guts of pumpkins if anyone has any leftover pumpkins from upcoming Halloween or fall decorations I would be so grateful for any that I can get my hands on for making pumpkin seeds thank you. And more than happy to share the finished snack goodies!
