Spice Shelf from Merillate that can be attached to a shelf. It is just shy of 11 inches wide. 3 inches deep and 4 3/4 inches tall. Includes original instruction and box. The date on the box is 10/4/99. That's when we were remodeling the kitchen in our old house. It was a 2-pack and I think we only installed 1.
It's been sitting on a shelf in the basement for years. I hope someone can make use of it.
