HP Envy Printer - Needs Work (Cleveland Park)

This HP Envy 4520 printer powers up with no problem, but the screen stays solid blue. Don’t have time to reset it or get it repaired. The black and color ink cartridges still have plenty of printing ink left. Comes with the original manual.
