Hair product for bleached hair (Parkstone, Poole, BH14)

Not sure what it is. I think it's come type of conditioner. It looks blue and is to stop bleached hair going brassy. It has been used once. Seems a shame to throw an almost full bottle away.
Can anyone use it?
