This is a spring loaded bath / shower caddy pole (with extending additional section) which has two corner baskets for bathroom accessories on it. There are white rubber type tops to the top and base of the pole preventing marking wherever it is placed. This item is similar to https://www.lakeland.co.uk/61814/oxo-good-grips-extendable-corner-shower-ca... (though the baskets are completely different). We removed this from our bath when the room was refurbished a couple of months ago, where it had been working perfectly well for a number of years, but we did remove 2 baskets which had deteriorated from rust. 1 of the remaining baskets has a small amount of damage highlighted in the photo but is usable.
