Window blinds (South Dublin)

2 bamboò style roman blinds, approx 70 inches wide x 50 inch drop, in good condition. I think they need to be secured either directly to the window frame or to a wooden batten (2 x1") attached to the frame. They look to be fairly easily cut back by about 6" on either side to fit a narrower window.
