Bought for my toddler as it’s meant to be a sleeping aid, its chest rises as would ours. But my toddler is so freaked out by it he runs away (tbf does look abit creepy!) but if anyone wants it you can have it. Has new batteries and plays music. Maybe someone else’s toddler is abit tougher!
