Fold-A-Way loft ladder (Batheaston)
This is a traditional but handy fold away loft ladder. It's quick & easy to fit. The bolts are secured to a ceiling rafter just inside the hatch and then it can be pulled down and pushed up with the rod after the ceiling hatch is opened. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos before I removed it, but there's lots of examples online.
