2 unopened 4-oz bags of Monterey Bay Herb Co. organic nettle leaf, plus 1 opened bag about 2.5-oz left. 1 opened bag Frontier organic nettle leaf, about 6.5-oz left. I was on an intensive regimen, have gone off it now. Take them all or some, I'm happy to spread them around.
