Spares and repairs (Whitchurch SY13)

Looking at changing my caravan in next 4 to 8 weeks,so getting rid of my old 1 it has got soft spot on back wall and floor, so testing the water to see if there be much interest in it or should I just scrap it dose tow and everything on it works as should.
