These are a pair of worktop downlights that have been removed in a kitchen refurb.
They are normally used under kitchen wall cupboards to light up the worktop, or as cupboard lights.
They have the original 12v halogen bulbs but you can also get various LED bulbs that fit.
They can be either inset or surface mounted and I have kept the fixing screws.
