Bought from eBay, but I ordered warm white and the supplier tried to fob me off with cold white! Eventually refunded, thankfully, but they didn't want them returned.
They were sold as "3W" but aren't much brighter than the 1.2W warm white I eventually bought, so that may be a better guide.
