Electric bike or any bike (Brierfield BB9)

Trying to lose weight and due to arthritis in joints can't walk as I used to, so need a bicycle in working order, preferably electric to help on the hills, but any working bike will be considered as the exercise is the most important thing. I can collect and always turn up as arranged. I'm a tall adult male.
